Today’s video discusses one of the most popular alternatives in the open source market. The OpenOffice project has been around for quite awhile and they aim to be an alternative to the Microsoft Office suite software. OpenOffice does a great job of giving you all the tools offered by the Microsoft Office suite including an alternative for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and a built in formula application.
