This video will show you how to increase the processor thread priority of certain applications running on your computer. The threat priority of your processor essentially tells windows how much attention should be paid to one computer program over another. Many times, windows will spend far too much processing power on an application you are aren’t really using, or really don’t care how long it will take. This is a good method by which to change windows focus on what it pays more attention too. Perhaps you are running a scanner in the background for spyware, you can always lower the thread priority so windows will still let you do other functions at a faster speed while spending less time on the scan.
