Now that Craig is making videos again, we may actually get the forum to be worth something. Now you know I have been loyal to you Craig (blindly if you ask me), but if it fails this time… I'm pretty much done with this forum forever…. I mean there is no point in lingering around a dead forum.

Some suggestions if you will…

1. Pimp the holy living hell out of the forum for 5 seconds at both the beginning & the end of EVERY VIDEO.

2. Post a link to the forums in the description of EVERY VIDEO.

3. If people have questions, direct them to the technical support area of this forum. If they have a legit reason to come here (other than making a few posts to be entered into a giveaway) they will be more likely to stay & become active members of the forum.

Well something really needs to be done… days go by without posts being made.

• IRC Chat (It's really easy to run a server on any OS, even Windows…)
• Vamping up the design / new skin
• Please, take off the the "Math Required" for each post. It helps from preventing spam, I know, but putting re-CAPTCHA on the registration also prevents it. If the problem arised you would just IP ban those user(s).
• Enable us to have bigger signatures, any of my signatures that I use [IMG] are too big for the size limits (which are really small for most forums).
• Promote the site on your Twitter and FB if you haven't already been doing so.
• Give people incentives to join, and also incentives to invite people to join & be active.

• Hire on some staff such as administrators, moderators, etc. to help out with the site. I'm staff of many sites, and it really helps filling some of those positions. One person just isn't enough.

I really do stress you take some of these suggestions though. I'd love to hear your feedback on each one individually if possible. Thanks for reading though.

• Vamping up the design / new skin – I went with a skin that matched my website colors, any other coloration suggestion would be great
• Math Required – I THINK I just fixed this, please try it again and let me know.  It should be removed now.
• Bigger Signatures – I just updated it to allow signatures up to 728 x 150
• Promote Site on Twitter – I haven't done that as much as before, I really should spend more time promoting it.
• Incentives to Join – Give me an example, my giveaway before was a complete failure, it only got people to join for the giveaway.

As for hiring people, who want's a job? lol, I'd like to make someone a moderator and you guys have been around long enough to qualify for the job.

• IRC Chat – Yes, I do mean having an external chat such as irc.pcmichiana.com and having people connect to it either via Java client or other client such as xChat, mIRC, etc.
• Math Required – Yes, it's removed now. Thank you!
• Bigger Signatures – I'll get back to you if I need you to adjust the size anymore. It should be good for now though.
• Incentives – The giveaways usually only get people to join for a certain amount of time, and in that time you've got to push out a lot of content and other things to keep them on the forums. You've also got to do something that keeps them coming back, such as being able to post at least one entry into the contest each day. Something like that.

I would love to have a staff position such as a moderator, all I do is forums and chatting online. I just didn't want to straight up ask in that last post because I didn't wanna look arrogant or anything.
