As in almost all tech fourms, you need to post your computer stats for us to help, could be anything from fualty graphics to one strange monitor. We need to know things like prossesor, graphics and ram, it helps us a lot!

Yea, its your graphics. Games these days need 512mb least, you have 64. If you are using a laptop/notebook, there is no way you will be able to upgrade it. Best to invest in a good pc, not laptop!

Unfortunately Interoth is Right… I'm in the same situation but I did it voluntarily (because I didn't want to spend the extra $200 for a "decent" laptop graphics card).
Desktops are extremely cost effective for gaming but laptops are the opposite. It has everything to do with the amount of space and heat generated within a laptop. Components are much more expensive when you need to squeeze devices that can get up to 80 degrees celsius for hours straight into a small box.
The best you can do is attempt to reduce the graphics on your game to try and compensate for the lack of graphical capabilities or try to download the latest drivers from your laptop vendor to see if it helps performance in any way.
Wish we could be more help :(
