Savor the fruit of life, my young friends. It has a sweet taste when it is fresh from the vine. But don't live too long. The taste turns bitter… after a time…

Attempt to uninstall both Registry Booster 2010 and Duplicate Cleaner.

After that, go through my entire Faster 7 series which should help remove junk and potential spyware / malware that may be causing your problem.

Let me know how it goes!

The Revo Uninstaller Pro does a great job of removing programs but it is not open source aka Freeware.

Works great on those stubborn programs by using the forced mode.

It allows you to also remove the left overs from a program in the registry by just clicking on the scan button then you click on select all then hit the delete button and your done.

The Revo Unistaller places a System restore point on your computer in case something bombs out, I have been using the program for 3yrs with out any problems.

Plus there is a Portable version of the Free Version to.

I'm going to look into this software package and see if it's worthy of adding to our freeware software list.  From what you are describing, it sounds like it will be a no-brainer.  I'll likely give you credit for the contribution.

I've used the Revco Uninstaller Free for  2+ yr and and does a great job of uninstalling programs and cleaning up the registry -

also tracks cleaner and also deletes temporary files – I'm no techy.
